Managing Director
Marcus Rose is Managing Director at Ecoprod and URIMAT UK. He is a fully qualified mechanical engineer by training & background, with many years’ experience in the construction industry especially related to mechanical, sanitary and washroom applications.
Paul Musgrove
Sales Director
Since the early 90’s Paul has worked on projects in the commercial washroom sector both in the UK and internationally. Since 2007 he has specialised in washroom-related products with a preference for sustainable experience. He believes in delivering correct solutions for customers in an ethical and consultative manner.
Jacob Tompkins
Water strategy consultant
Jacob has many years experience in the water industry at UK and European level, and has a detailed knowledge of policy and legislation. He founded a water efficiency NGO, and then set up The Water Retail Company, a new licensed water operator. He's a Visiting Professor at Exeter University and received an OBE for his contribution to water efficiency.
Rachel Clinton
Business Development Manager
Rachel is an experienced leader with a background in direct sales and sales management. More than 20 years of experience a range of B2B companies gives her a wealth of practical experience in helping organisations make complex decisions.
Lorna Walker
Marketing Manager
Lorna has two decades of experience working in B2B marketing, with a particular focus on helping SMEs develop evidence-based effective digital marketing strategies. She manages all aspects of Ecoprod's marketing activities.
Rob Godfrey
Operations and Logistics Manager
Rob has a 25 year background in logistics and distribution and can also draw on his business development experience. This gives him a great perspective of the full sales cycle from conception through to delivery and installation.
Alicia Defreitas
Customer Service and Administration Executive
With a retail background and 121 customer experience, Alicia handles customer enquiries, deliveries and day to day administration duties.
Felix Kraty
Business Development
Felix has spent her career helping organisations define their goals so that appropriate solutions can be recommended to bring about improvements. She is also passionate about customer care and making sure customers are well supported and realise the benefits of the investments they make in Ecoprod solutions.
Kneefa Miah
Operations and Compliance Manager
Kneefa Miah joined Ecoprod in 2014 and is the Operations and Compliance Manager. She is first point of contact for customers and sees through orders from start to end.

Peter Cox is a business director and consultant with extensive general management experience gained in a wide range of industries who advises Ecoprod on strategic direction.
Maria Centracchio
Corporate Development Director
Maria worked in London for the majority of her career, working for large high profile organisations such as Thomson Holidays (TUI), AOL and ASOS. For over 20 of those years she worked as Head of Facilities having involvement in large fitout projects as well as running day to day operations across their numerous sites. She joined Ecoprod in 2020.
For the last 8 years Robert Summer – Head of International Sales and Marketing – has developed structured distribution network worldwide for CONTI+ brand. The products offer great benefit for washrooms and shower rooms for public, semi-public and health sector. Today, sustainability, hygiene and smartness are key to CONTI+ solutions. Robert lives the brand and its USPs and loves to support and motivate his team on a daily basis.
